The Mock Trial Competition (MTC) is an educational programmerun by the Law Society for secondary school students. The MTC is a role playingactivity in which teams of school students take on the roles of barristers,instructing solicitors, witnesses and court staff to present both sides of afictitious case before a mock trial judge in a real court room. The MTCcommences at start of Term 1 and runs through to October with all teamsparticipating in the first 3 rounds (run from March to July). The MTC is recognisedby the School Curriculum and Standards (SCSA) as a Provider-developed endorsedprogram.

Parents will be transporting students to the event. Studentswill not be allowed to leave the Supreme Court venue at the end of the eventunless they are escorted by parents
