Excursion Organiser: Cameron Dudfield

This SSWA Volleyball competition is held as a day carnivalbased on the sporting regions operating for other major SSWA competitions. TheJunior Competition is a round robin day carnival competition in divisions.Winners will be announced on the day.

This competition allows students to be able to see wheretheir skills are at compared to other students their age, whilst allowing themto develop their leadership and teamwork skills. It also allows them to buildtheir network by getting to know students who are like-minded.

Students will need to wear their full PE uniform on the day,along with fully enclosed shoes (no slides). Students are encouraged to bringwith them their own food and drink rather than relying on the canteen at thevenue due to timing of games. Please note that students will be returning toschool later than the usual end of school day siren at 2:50pm. Alternative pickup arrangements from school will need to be made as a result of this. Trainingin the lead up to the event will occur during Elite training times. Please alsonote that the bus may not be equipped with seat belts.
