Excursion Organiser: Eve Russell

Students will experience a Career Taster for: Gyminstructor, group fitness instructor, personal trainer. Students will do manyfitness tests and experience what it is like to be a personal trainer. NMTAFE(Yr 11/12) students will run them through their paces including a HiiT sessionin the gym, and tests such as the stand and jump that the AFL and Basketballrecruits do.

DEPARTURE: Students will meet at the front of the School, onLaverton Cres, outside the main office (near the big head statue), at 8:20 -Bus will depart 8:25 sharp! Seatbelts are to be worn on the bus at all times!UNIFORM: PE uniform to be worn 

North Metro TAFE suggests that students bringtheir own lunches, however there is a Cafe to purchase food.
