Specialist Volleyball Program
Our Specialist Volleyball Program provides students in Years 9 and 10 with the opportunity to develop high-level performance skills and technical expertise in volleyball. Students selected for this program engage in four periods per week of dedicated training, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical performance.
Program Features & Pathways
- Nationally Recognised Qualifications – Students earn a Level 1 Refereeing Qualification in Year 9 and a Level 1 Coaching Qualification in Year 10.
- Elite Volleyball Program Participation – Selected students are expected to represent the school in state-level beach and indoor volleyball tournaments, including those hosted by Volleyball WA and School Sport WA.
- Skill Development & Professionalism – Players refine not only their technical abilities but also their teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship.

Our Specialist Volleyball students achieved outstanding results in state-level competitions:
- School Sport WA Champions – Year 9 Boys & Girls (South-East Division)
- Volleyball WA Indoor Schools Cup – Champions & top placements across multiple divisions
- Volleyball WA Beach Cup – Multiple podium finishes in A Division
- SEMVA Kamarang Cup Champions – Year 9/10 Boys & Girls

Elite Volleyball Program
Our Elite Volleyball Program offers a selective entry pathway for students in Years 7-12, providing high-level training and competition opportunities. Students trial annually for a place in their respective squads and train before or after school, focusing on skill development, offensive and defensive strategies, and game intelligence.
As part of the Elite Volleyball Program, students are positioned to compete in major beach and indoor tournaments throughout the year, including prestigious events run by Volleyball WA and School Sport WA. Beyond their volleyball skills, students in this program develop strong teamwork, leadership, and professionalism.
2024 Competition Highlights
Our teams achieved outstanding results across multiple competitions:
- Volleyball WA Indoor Schools Cup – Champions in multiple divisions, with several runner-up finishes.
- Volleyball WA Beach Cups (Term 1 & 4) – Multiple championship titles and podium placements.
- School Sport WA Competitions – Champions across South-East divisions in Year 7-12.
- Murdoch Cup & SEMVA Kamarang Cup – Strong performances, with several championship titles and runner-up finishes.

Volleyball Club
The Volleyball Club is open to students of all skill levels who want to develop their volleyball skills in a fun and supportive environment. Held daily during break times, the club provides a fantastic opportunity for students to enjoy the game, improve their technique, and connect with peers in a relaxed setting. Whether you're new to the sport or looking to refine your skills, everyone is welcome!
