Wellbeing Team and Student Support

Wellbeing Supports

Our Wellbeing Centre Team offers comprehensive support for the social, emotional, and educational wellbeing of our students. This support is guided by our policies including the Positive Behaviour Support Framework.

The team consists of Student Service Managers, Student Support Officers, Chaplains,  First Aid Officers, and School Psychologists. Additional support is provided by Home Room teachers, Year Coordinators, and House Coordinators, who act as the first point of contact for students.

Support may include counselling or programs that support wellbeing.

Other Support Services

Our Student Wellbeing team also arranges and runs group programs, guest speaker programs, workshops and other activities that promote student wellbeing. These are delivered to all students through our Home Room and annual Orientation programs, as well as in more individualised small-group settings. Age-appropriate programs at the Year level focus on the identified needs of young adolescents, such as resilience, cyber-bullying and online safety.

Support is also provided to Year 7 students by trained Transition Leaders from Years 8 and 9, and our Year 10 students are completing a leadership program to provide peer support and advice to our youngest students in the school grounds.
