Excursion organiser: Matthew Adams

Students are to arrive at school at 7:45am sharp and maketheir way promptly to the sports hall where attendance will be checked by theteacher in charge of their particular sport. It is envisaged students willarrive back at school by 2:50pm for a normal school departure.

Venue: Willetton Basketball Stadium, 58 Burrendah Blvd,Willetton WA 6155

Transport: Students will be transported by bus to and fromthe venue. Please note that the bus will be equipped with seat belts.

Food: Students are to bring their own lunch and water bottlefor the day.

Supervision: A Harrisdale SHS Teacher will supervise for theday. Other Information: Students are reminded to also bring with them a hat andsunscreen to ensure adequate protection from the sun and school jackets shouldthe weather permit.

Please also note that students are well aware that, asschool representatives, their participation is conditional on them showingappropriate classroom behaviour and wearing correct school uniform this year.Please note, you will be asked to collect your child from the event, should theymisbehave.
