SmartRider Cards
Students have their photographs taken and have their SmartRider cards issued as soon as possible in Term 1. The student fare is only available when using a Student SmartRider. If students do not have value loaded onto their SmartRider they will need to purchase a ticket. The student fare comes with the responsibility and expectation that students will stand for adults.
Students arriving late will need to come to Student Services and swipe their SmartRider to get late notes before continuing on to class. If for any reason a student needs to leave early they will need to swipe their SmartRider and get staff approval for a leave pass.
If a student loses their SmartRider it will need to be re-ordered through Student Services at a cost of $5 per card which could take up to 10 days to arrive. If a student damages a card or it is lost or stolen you will need to contact Transperth 13 62 13.
